Ground Rules

Twistwood Creek ATV Park & Recreation Rules

  • Everyone entering our park must sign a waiver. No Exceptions.

  • Anyone under 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian and MUST wear a helmet.

  • Stay on the trails at all times.

  • If you are caught riding on the highway you will be evicted from the park. No exceptions! No refunds!

  • No Littering. Use Trash Cans. No Glass Bottles Allowed. 

  • ​No Firearms or Fireworks.

  • If you drink, Please Drink Responsibly. Public intoxication, underage drinking or drug use will be reported to the police.

  • Pets are welcomed but must be leashed at all times. Please pick up ALL of your pet’s droppings. 

  • Twistwood Creek ATV Park & Recreation is neither liable nor responsible for any/all damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or for injury to the guest.

  • Speed limit is 15 mph on all roads.

  • Ride at your own risk. Stay Safe and Have Fun!
